Part 2 (continued)

SUBSECTION 2(b).   A delegate unable to attend a Delegates meeting may appoint an alternative
                                       from the club or team franchise represented.

SUBSECTION 2(c).   Each delegate shall be entitled to one (1) vote and shall have voice at
                                       the meeting.

SUBSECTION 2(d).  Tardy delegates who arrive at session more than thirty (30) minutes shall not
                                       be privileged to take the floor for discussion of matters during the business
                                       session and shall be permitted to vote.


Article III

Officers

SECTION 1.   EAAD Elected Officers.

SUBSECTION 1(a).   The officers shall be elected by ballot by a majority vote of the Delegates at the
                                       time of Basketball Championship Tournament every year.
