SUBSECTION 1(b).   President, Tournament Director and Public Relations shall serve for a term
                                       of two (2) years based on odd years.   Vice President and Secretary/Treasurer
                                       shall serve for a term of two (2) years, based on even years.   The term shall be
                                       effective on June 1 through May 31.

SUBSECTION 1(c).   Any officer of the Executive Board can participate in any sport sponsored by
                                       this Association or in any other region.

SUBSECTION 1(d).   The officers shall be prohibited to hold office in the sport organization at
                                       the national level.
