Article IX

Committees

The President shall appoint the Auditing Committee annually. The Vice President shall appoint individuals from this Association as the Law Committee annually.

Article X

Parliamentary Authority

The rules contained in the current edition of Robert´s Rules of Order shall govern this Association in all instances when they are applicable and not inconsistent with these
by-laws and any other special rules the organization shall adopt.
