Article XI

Amendment

The Bylaws, Basketball, Softball and Hall of Fame may be amended, changed or rescinded
by the delegates present and voting at the Delegates meeting at the time of Championship Tournament.

Article XII

Dissolution

In the event of dissolution, all tangible assets shall be sold and all money after outstanding debts are paid, realized there from together with any other money remaining shall be given
to the United States of America Deaf Basketball in which this Association is currently with
to be held in trust for a minimum of five (5) years and turned over to a new or recurring
eastern organization.   In no case shall the appointed organizations be liable for any debts
of this Association.
