Article VII

Membership

The memberships shall be available to bona-fide clubs and team franchises who apply through proper channels on a voluntary basis and who agree to comply with this Association´s Rules and Regulations.

Article VIII

Meetings

The regular meeting of the Executive Board and the Board of Directors shall be held at
the time of the Championship Tournament.
