SECTION 1. President.
The President shall perform the following duties:
iiii. Serve the chief executive and spokesperson.
iiii. Preside at the Executive Board, Board of Directors, and Delegates meetings.
iiii. Assign duties to other EAAD officers and committees.
iv. Perform other such duties pertaining to the office of the President.
iiv. Represent this Association at applicable national sport organization meeting.
ivi. Monitor and enforce the provisions, objectives and purposes of this Association.
vii. Make a status report of the meeting of national sports organization he/she attends and
forward the same to member clubs, Delegates, Board of Directors, and Executive Board of this
Association within thirty days (30) days following the meeting of national sports organization.
