SUBSECTION 2(b). The chairperson shall rule on all questions pertaining to the Rules and
Regulations of this Association.

SUBSECTION 2(c).   This Law Committee shall have authority to propose amendments of its own
                                       to the Rules and Regulations of this Association, subject to the approval of
                                       the Delegates.

SECTION 3. Special Committee.

For other special committee, as may be deemed necessary, the President shall determine and appoint the number of members with the approval of the Executive Board.
