The basketball territory under the jurisdiction of this Association shall include New York,
New Jersey, Pennsylvania with the exception of the environs of the cities of Pittsburgh and Erie, Delaware, Maryland, Washington, DC and environs of Northern Virginia: counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Prince William and Loudoun.
The softball territory under the jurisdiction of this Association shall include New York,
New Jersey, Pennsylvania with the exception of the environs of the cities of Pittsburgh and Erie, Delaware, the environs of Baltimore, Frederick and Montgomery counties in Maryland and
the rest of Maryland, which the residents may choose to participate in this Association or southeast regional.
