NOMINATION FORM:   The nomination form is available in this document. See below.

DEADLINE:   The deadline for return of all nomination papers is November 1 of each year.

VOTING:   Ballots and summaries are prepared by the EAAD Hall of Fame, Awards and Recognition Committee and distributed among four electors of the EAAD for review and selection. Per EAAD bylaws, the electors consist of this committee's members, the Executive Board, standing committees, Hall of Fame members, and appointed individuals from the community. The voting ballots shall be based on the
Point Ranking System. See Point Ranking System next page.
