6.   Thank you for your patience and effort in communicating with me while I have been really
      busy with my internship in California.   I will graduate with a Masters in May and hopefully
      get a job in the east coast.

      bringing the checkbook.   The winning teams will get their prizes immediately after their
      games tomorrow evening.

By-laws motions:

    #1 – EAAD Board moves to add under Article VII – Finances: Section 9: EAAD will host first and
     #1 –last invitational tournament each year for the purpose of fundraising for EAAD.   Chuck Wallace
     #1 –seconded.   PASSED (THE CHECK WILL BE MOVED TO SECTION 10),

    #2 – John Perry (NOVA) moves that we change in Article 2 – Delegates, under 2D, instead of reading:
     #1 –Tardy delegates who arrive at session more than thirty (30) minutes shall not be privileged to take the
     #1 –floor for discussion of matters during the business session and shall be permitted to vote… change to
     #1 –read: Tardy delegates who arrive at session more than thirty (30) minutes shall be fined five dollars
     #1 –($5) and more than one hour shall be fined ten dollars ($10).   They will be allowed to replace the
     #1 –alternate delegate to take the floor for discussion of matters during the business session and shall
     #1 –be permitted to vote.   Robert Jones seconded.   PASSED
