SUBSECTION 1(b). No amendment shall be made to the Rules and Regulations at the Delegates meeting,
except by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the delegates present.

SUBSECTION 1(c). Changes in Parts 1, 2,3 and 5 may be made only during the Delegates meeting held
at the time of the Basketball Championship Tournament.

SUBSECTION 1(d). Changes in Part 4 can be made only during the Delegates meeting held at the time
of the Softball Championship Tournament.
