His 17 foul goals in a single championship flight game record still stands. Carl was voted as one of the AAAD All-stars of all time because he was probably the best offensive player of all. His brilliant career abruptly while in his prime after having blurred vision in one eye which was hit by a baseball. He scored a career of 340 points in the EAAD and 229 in AAAD. As the New York School for the Deaf´s (Fanwood) the most outstanding athlete, Carl stole the show usually with his one-man performance and
